Q4 2023 Insights: Top Puzzle/Riddle Games on Android in Brazil

As the year 2023 came to a close, the puzzle and riddle game category on Android devices in Brazil saw various trends in user engagement and downloads. This analysis, powered by Sensor Tower data, provides a glimpse into the performance of the top five games in this entertaining and mind-bending category.

TapNation's Thief Puzzle: to pass a level saw a consistent rise in revenue from $10K in late September to $96K by the year's end. Downloads also increased, starting at 128K in the last week of September and peaking at 168K in the final week of December. Weekly active users (WAUs) mirrored this trend, growing from 471K to 563K over the same period.

Unico Studio's Brain Test: Tricky Puzzles experienced fluctuations in revenue, with a notable peak of $342K in the last week of December. Downloads surged in the final two weeks, reaching 169K by the end of December. The WAUs showed a significant increase in the last week, rising to 419K from the previous week's 376K.

The newcomer MG.'s Impossible Date 2: Fun Riddle, released in mid-2023, maintained a modest revenue between $16K and $32K throughout the quarter. Downloads showed a downward trend, starting at 229K and ending at 41K. However, the WAUs saw a slight rebound from 175K in mid-December to 179K by the quarter's end.

Supersonic Studios LTD's Move People did not generate revenue after early October, focusing our attention on downloads and WAUs. Downloads peaked at 85K in late October, while WAUs hit a high of 188K in late November.

Lastly, Lion Studios' Papers Grade Please! saw its revenue oscillate, reaching a quarter high of $77K in November. Downloads reached a peak of 107K in mid-November, with WAUs showing a similar peak of 236K around the same time.
